Minha família gostou muito, Hotel super tranquilo. Minha segunda vez no Piazza, só uma observação a lâmpada da sala queimou no segundo dia da estadia porém até a nossa saída não houve a troca da lâmpada, disseram que a responsabilidade era do proprietário, mais foi informado na recepção e ninguém procurou informar o proprietário para que fosse trocada. No mais tudo tranquilo

Razoável.

Quem precisa usar elevador nos estacionamentos tem dificuldade pois todos pegam elevador descendo e o mesmo chega lá embaixo cheio. O apartamento é aconchegante mas a cozinha não tem fogão e foi necessário chamar a manutenção duas vezes para consertar o chuveiro. Internet fraca.

Acomodação incrível, quarto muito bem organizado, limpo, bonito e aconchegante. Muito feliz com a estadia no hotel piazza di roma

Excelente experiência hotel super confortável apartamento maravilhoso muito amplo bem confortável tendo duas camas de casal com bicamas por baixo acomoda confortavelmente 7 pessoas banheiro enorme muito agradável área da janela conta com uma mini cozinha com micro-ondas se você levar uma panela elétrica resolve fácil a questão de alimentação. Pontos muito positivo referente a limpeza e higiene tanto do apartamento quanto do hotel sem contar nas piscinas do hotel que são maravilhosas e ainda tem o bônus de ter acesso grátis ao aqua park que e o clube do grupo di roma.

Acesso livre ao Acqua park e Splash Diroma. Ideal para se divertir em família, o que incomoda em Caldas novas(centro e dentro do Parque) é a quantidade excessiva de pessoas oferecendo cortesias em troca de palestras para adquirir planos de cotas e de férias. Já dentro do Hotel ambiente familiar móveis todos novos compacto e da pra se virar legal. voltarei mais vezes.
