Boa noite, Na verdade, que nosso hospede 006-A, tem problema, muita bagunça porque ninguém veio arrumar nosso hospede 006-A, também no banheiro está muito sujo por isso a funcionaria da limpeza não veio limpar todos lugares.

Decepção.

Os quartos ficam muito longe das piscinas, uma caminhada de uns 500 metros. O colchão deixou muito a desejar. A piscina infantil não é aquecida e fica longe da visão dos pais. Infelizmente o pessoal do bar não tinha experiência alguma no preparo dos drinks. Para reservar um jantar romântico tive que andar muito. O jantar veio frio e havia mosca em uma entrada e outra no prato principal. Nunca havia comido um filé mignon tão duro. Enfim um aprendizado de onde não ir.

precisa melhorar em muitos pontos

O local é muito bonito mas somente duas piscinas quentes e infelizmente muito suja a água escura e com muito cloro não trocam a água como nos outros clubes que já fiquei na mesma cidade. A comida com pimenta de cheiro o restaurante na hora do almoço não comporta a quantidade de pessoas, gostamos muito do café da manhã. Um odor terrível no local do esgoto que cai no lago. As camas não são confortáveis de duas diárias que ficamos não veio camareira limpar o quarto
