"It’s a decent clean hotel that’s safe and the parking is fine but when it comes to breakfast,no scrambled eggs or real eggs and some meat like sausage or bacon. The round flat egg, I could not cut through with the inferior plastic forks they provided and we end up having to have breakfast outside of the hotel for just a couple dollars more and serve your customers."
"When I went to check in there was a sign on the door to go across the street to the Baymont Motel to check in there. It would have been nice to know that in advance."
"Desk was left unattended upon arrival.
Our restroom had used towels that were still wet & obviously recently used.
I stayed for one night only. A bit after midnight, I received notifications of my card trying to be used for 3 separate transactions in this establishment. NOT COOL."
"Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in."
"The 1st room they gave us we couldn’t get the door open (and neither could they) except with the master key. The 2nd room they gave us looked good at first and the beds were ok and clean BUT!!! The floor hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows when. The shower didn’t work at all and there was NO WAY I was sitting in that tub. It was filthy with ground in dirt and had a big patch on it that was coming loose. The outlet the coffee pot was plugged into was not working and the lights above the vanity didn’t work. The vinyl office chair was so grimy it had crusty stuff running down the back and on the seat so that was a big. NO!! They left coffee pods but no cups then they never did anything to our room for 4 days except make our bed every am. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Stay a town over if you need to. It definitely wasn’t worth the $$ to stay there. I haven’t had a shower in 5 days. Only sponge baths."
