Pedimos hasta 3 veces que pusieran silicona o algo a la parte del wc que toca al suelo ya que había una apertura de hasta un dedo y salía muy mal olor. Además todo el borde por el suelo tenía algo marrón que daba un gran asco. No conseguimos que nos lo arreglaran.
El mando del tv no funcionaba y la tv era de las antiguas y pequeñísima. Si quieres tomar el sol en la piscina a partir de las 16.00 ya no le da el sol y la zona de la piscina está sucia y sólo hay 4 hamacas.
El chico de recepción era muy amable.

La verdad hay cosas para mejorar, pero también es justo decir que los comentarios de xenofobia y otras exageraciones que leímos en Internet no son ciertos. El hotel está limpio y el aire acondicionado funciona, el personal es amble, la habitación limpia. La piscina esta muy mal y deberían hacerle mantenimiento o suprimir su oferta como plus del hotel, el desayuno regular y cuando hay muchos huespedes no hay menaje suficiente, pero por el precio creo que no se puede pedir mucho más.
En fin, una reforma para modernizar un hotel que está al lado de la calle principal de comercio y a 5 minutos de la playa no estaría mal.
Salvo por cuestiones de presupuesto, no recomendaría este hotel.

ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE NULA, HOTEL EN PÉSIMO ESTADO
Nuestra habitación no existía cuando llegamos, éramos 4 y tenían apuntado 2.
Nos mandaron a la última habitación del hotel, por apuntar era de las únicas que no tenía entrada digital si no llave normal.
Cuando fuimos a meternos a la cama, una de las cuatro camas tenía el somier doblado, por no molestar a esas horas decidimos dormir en el suelo.
A primera hora de la mañana lo comunicamos en recepción, y nos la cambiaron por una igual o más doblada. Lo volvimos a comunicar a las 12, las 16h y a las 20h y caso omiso. No había personal nos dijeron en la última queja. Nos tocó volver a dormir en el suelo.
Las tuberías del baño desprendían un olor asqueroso.
En cuanto al hotel, de los años 30 por lo menos. Bastante viejo, el entorno de la piscina y la piscina en estado lamentable sucio y viejo.
No volveremos

A woeful experience
Got to hotel to tell me I had been booked in other 15 mins away. I objected and was put in a single with broken shower and no aircon. Complained again and got an acceptable double room. Strange smell around the place would not recomend

Hotel a restaurer et cuisinier a former.
Hôtel bien positionné dans le centre très commerciale de CALELLA, et proche de la plage. Et malgré tout calme. Mais les chambres sont vétustes et mal insonorisée. Remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bain. Eau qui s'écoule des climatiseurs directement sur le balcon. Mais surtout au niveau du buffet, peu de choix et peu de variété au cour de la semaine. Plats souvent trop cuit ou brûlé. Fruit pas murs . Cuisine même pas digne d'une cantine bas de gamme.Malgré notre séjour en demi-pension, nous avons souvent mangé dans les restaurants de la ville.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi sur le site il n’y ait pas d’indication sur l’´horaire du petit déjeuner tardif
Nous avions réservé une nuit d’hotel Avec petit déjeuner que nous n’avons pas pu prendre car nous devions quitté l’hotel À 7h30 et le petit déjeuner ne commençait qu’a 8h
Après insistance nous avons pu obtenir un panier petit déjeuner avec une bouteille d’eau, fruit, biscuit que nous avons jeté car vraiment pas terrible.

Estancia fantástica
Reservamos el hotel por el precio, pese a los comentarios negativos que encontramos, y tengo que decir que estamos contentísimos con nuestra Estancia. El hotel está justo al lado de las calles con más vida de Calella, y a 5 minutos de la playa. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero correctas y limpias. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado y funcionaba perfectamente. El buffet del desayuno fue muy completo, había de todo y además su recepcionista fue un encanto y nos enseñó en un mapa los puntos de interés y nos recomendó cosas que hacer. Muy muy recomendable.

hotel itself wasn`t too bad, but half of rooms doesn`t have air conditioning, but after a few complaints we were moved to the room with a conditioner. food is nice, but it was absolutely the same all the time, very bad assortment. during 10 nights of our stay there was no soap in ladies bathroom downstairs. manager and staff were very good and helpful though. they have elecronic keys in rooms, we had to change keys at least twice every day because they stopped working.

Es un hotel con mucha historia, y eso se nota en las zonas comunes de la planta baja, tiene un gran encanto. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son muy correctas por el precio que tienen, y el bufet, a pesar de no ser muy grande, es variado y bueno. Me ha sorprendido gratamente, no dudaría en volver.

Pas terrible
Chambre sentant vraiment les égouts très désagréable, une seule lampe de chevet pour toute la chambre.
Pas de lumière pour la terrasse.
Le personnel est toutefois très agréable et avenant...heureusement que nous y avons passé qu'une seule nuit.

No aircon in rooms bar seemed to be closed the whole time. Unless there was another bar hidden somewhere, I couldn't find one. Pool is tiny.
