"Staff was very nice. Room was very nice. Rented two bikes had issue with gears changing and kickstand on one and chain falling off on the other. One bike lock was impossible to use key was not easy to get out and to put in. Mentioned when returning bike and got brushed off. Received phone call two days later asking if bike was returned when returned and spoke to the staff member in person "

"Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive from the moment they greeted my taxis both coming and going. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices although eggs, pancakes and coffee were never warm enough. It is pricey but a good choice ."

"Great hotel in a really good location, in walking distance to the centre of Florence. The hotel is modern and has new interiors, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was a great selection! Would definintely recommend staying here "
