"First of all I feel the name on this hotel location is misleading. It is not near the airport. I made a mistake and thought it was the other Holiday Inn close to the Calgary airport. I was dropped off so I had to take a $35 taxi ride to get to this hotel. I was one of 6 people that afternoon that made the same error. My room was right beside the elevator so all I heard all night was people going in and out. Also my fridge in my room was making a loud noise every time it started. I mentioned to staff when I checked out. They said sorry but I would have preferred a discount offer. I will not be staying with you hotel ever again."
