The worst possible vibe - pettiness, discrimination, employee loudly trying to make you embarrassed, and racism "smoking white trash" when I don't even smoke, and "too white to be xyz's relative so she's lying" etc etc. Regardless, they charged me an entire night - but had me checkout and return the keys.
Their clearly stated policy would've been max $35 that should've been waived. But they argue it's whole night - loudly- and that they can't go against policy.
So illiterate, dumb or thieves - not people anyone wants to deal with.
I arranged refund via expedia and needed to go in person to insert debit card. First time they had me return as manager not on shift. second time, turns out they fired the manager who authorized the refund for overcharge...
Cause not only did they have me pay for a nigg then return the keys,,,, turns out the keys were taken and given to an ?employee or friend of. Who stayed in lieu of me.... And they yell at you that it's their policy when you mention it.....
That took 5.5 hours of my ttime Nd still no refund.... Except a pArtial $25 that they gave to someone else and tell at you about their policy when mentioned.
Now room was good and all BUT - after checkin when supposed to be cleaned, there was a spilled opened sha.poo in shower, and LOADS of EXTREMELY LONG BODY/PUBIC hair on one of the towel that was damp.....slight yucky sweaty scent in bed sheets along with the gas/liquid fumes used as per anasthesia. Room phone not working. Tv either
