"I was surprised by this property after reading that it had great reviews. I arrived to find that the carpets were very dirty, there are no elevators to assist people who cannot use stairs, the breakfast ends earlier than most hotels, and while the site says they offer a shuttle to the Colorado Springs hotel, they do not. The room was very dated, which made the bathroom seem unclean. The coffee maker was placed in an area where no plug was available. The lobby of the hotel looks kind of lodge-cool, but other than that, I found no value or attraction to staying at this location again."

"Loved that it was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful. There are no elevators here in case that matters. It was fine for me. Would like to see the hotel add an iron and ironing board to every room. And to also see better fit and finish with the hotel room doors to not let any light pass through the side. Overall, happy with the stay and would stay here again"

"We arrived stressed and tired after having left another lodging location that was a bad fit for us and walked in to smiling, diverse faces and a warm welcome. Staff could not have been kinder and the amenities (drinks and meals) were a surprise and tastier than anticipated. Every other guest we encountered was smiling and seemed happy to be there. Room was spotless, comfortable and a welcome reprieve from the busy traffic of Colorado Springs and I-25. Location is close to highway, any number of restaurants and multiple activities. Would not hesitate to stay again and will be looking for Drury properties when booking future travel."
