The staff is very nice and attentive and the price is cheap to what they offered. The breakfast was the best ever. The room was very clean. There are things that can improve in terms of the maintenance of the property but in general I should say that it was very good overall.

The hotel is in a good location safe and clean. However I was double charged for my reservation because the girl at the front desk thought it was not already paid for after i told her it was months ago when I made the reservation and showed her the proof. Later on she relies I was right and they couldn’t refund me. I had to open up a dispute with my bank. They had construction going on in my floor my whole stay it was very disturbing and messy. However I liked how Cozy the hotel was and the location was very nice I would give my stay a 3/5. If there was no construction going on and I wasn’t over charged it would be 5/5.

The hotel has plumbing issues in which the toilet backs up. Contacted them numerous times and they take their times coming to your room to fix the problem. On the 4th of August I called them at 8am to let them know the toilet wasn't flushing, had to call back again at 9:30 as no one came. The second time the guy came and went in the bathroom came out 5 minutes after and said it was not fixed and left. I assumed he left to get something to fix it and return but 11:30 came and he still did not return. I contacted front desk again complaining for the 3rd time that day and he then came cleared the toilet but left the entire bathroom underwater. I HAVE THE PICTURES OF HOW HE LEFT IT. I then contacted Expedia as I was fedup but wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose my money as I paid for my entire stay. Was assured by the agent that I could check out and would receive my money for the unused nights. I checked out on the 4th of August and checked into another hotel. I still have not received my refund and have contacted Expedia multiple times. The hotel is indicating they have nothing to due with the refund as I booked through Expedia is now saying after I checked out that the hotel has to approve the refund. This was not what the agent said when I contacted them before checking out. Hotel Azor is a dishonest establishment and I don't know who is lying between them and Expedia. All I know is that I will now contact my bank to see how I can get my money back. A set of thieves.

The hot water did not work properly. Taking a bath was a nightmare. You could be in a volcano or in the North Pole in seconds. The elevator is tiny, and the elevator’s waiting area is uncomfortable. The service is very good. The food in the restaurant is the best this hotel has to offer.

The hotel was excellent, the restaurant and food super delicious, the staff super friendly, kind and very helpful. The only thing that was uncomfortable and very difficult for me to enter in was the bathroom, my father is in a wheelchair and it was too small.

Property is old needs upgrades. Loud air-conditioning. Weird smell. I checked out and haven't been refunded yet. Checked out se xay acter check in. Jacuzzi in sweet had dirt in it. I wanted to like the room wjgh in suite Jacuzzi but couldn't due 3odd smell. Tbey ocferex another room but it didn't have balcony or Jacuzzi

Great room for the price
Comfortable room and great shower. Breakfast was ok and staff were very helpful. Wifi did not work in the room when we arrived but it was sorted very quickly. Gym was ok - sufficient for a light workout. Pool was clean. Overall a great price for the location. Only negative was that there was only one English TV channel so bring a book or laptop if you plan on staying in.

Great choice
I believe this hotel is estrategically well located. IT IS CLOSED TO THE BUSINESS AREA IN CALI. I believe i felt very safe in the neighborhood and the proximity of the chipichape mall makes thing easyer. Aver all it is a nice hotel with great services and the prices is very accessible. Good choice.

La experiencia fue buena servicio general bueno,para mejorar la comunicación entre la plataforma de reservaciones y el hotel porque lo primero que habíamos solicitado era que veníamos con mascotas y en el ingreso y hasta que lo consultaron con el gerente del hotel no nos permitieron el ingreso y por último el hotel esta en reformas y el parqueo de los vehículos en le sótano fue incomodo por los material de obra que se encontraban en las zonas de parqueo.

En general me fue mal desde que llegué ya que reservé una habitación con cama doble y me asignaron una con dos camas sencillas. No cumplen con la reserva realizada. Habitación demasiado pequeña, sin espacio por donde transitar ni que decir del baño a duras penas se podía entrar.

Mi experiencia aqui siempre ha sido buena, y es un hotel que de entrada se ve una estadia de lujo. Habitaciones espectaculares, y buen aire acondicionado... el personal es muy amigable, todos.. menos uno del restaurant que es buen empleado pero no se sonrie con nadie. Considero es un hotel centrico...

El hotel no sabia de mi llegada porque al parecer hoteles.com no les confirmó mi reserva hecha con dias de anticipación, asi que desde el momento del check in empezó la inconformidad con todo ya que no tenían habitaciones disponibles y finalmente luego de una larga espera me asignaron una que no era lo que estaba estipulado en la reserva, sin embargo si me cobraron el valor completo. El desayuno y la atención del personal en especial femenino muy bueno, pero los servicios propios del hotel (ascensor, piscina gimnasio) aún dejan mucho que desear. Simplemente para probar una vez no estuvo mal el hotel pero espero conseguir algo mejor en mi próximo viaje.

agradable pero tragica
Tuvimos muchos incovenientes que se le salian de las manos al personal que trataron siempre de solventar la situacion, pero como fueron tantas se torno un tanto desagradable la estadia. Llegamos y la habitacion que nos asignaron no le funciono el aire, toco cambiar de habitacion, el hotel estaba lleno y nos pasaron para otra habitacion que era la q habia disponible, para compensar nos dieron la cena muyy deliciosa, al dia siguiente nos iban a cambiar para otra habitacion ese dia salimos y volvimos pasada las seis de la tarde y no habian limpiado la habitacion en la que estabamos ni para la que nos iban a pasar, toco esperar y fue muy engorroso porque veniamos cansados. al dia siguiente ibamos a usar la piscina y no pudimos porque estaban haciendo maniobras subiendo aires porque estaban en remodelacion, pero el area de la piscina no estaba señalizada que estaba cerrada y pudo haber un accidente, el personal ya muy apenado siempre trató de compensar la situacion, pero la suma de tantos eventos no hizo la estadia agradable. finalmente para disculparse nos dieron una cena para dos pero ya habiamos hecho reservaciones en otro restaurante por lo cual amablemente lo cambiaron por el transporte hacia el aeropuerto. como digo es buen hotel y el personal y la comida deliciosa, pero se sumaron muchos momentos que no hizo la estadia agradable.
