Nice apartment, close to the Cali river, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and respectful. The apartment has no dishwasher and washing machine but it has laundry services at a cost $$. The building has no parking, so you need to arrange parking elsewhere. I discovered that in Colombia, business and people use WhatsApp a lot and that caught me by surprise. Likely I was with people who had the app installed in their mobile phones. Walking nearby during the day was nice but I would not recommend walking at night alone. I would come back.

I like this place. A ten minute walk in either direction will get you to some nice restaurants or stores. You can cook in the room. Check in and out is nothing. I recommend it.

Great value luxury condo

The place is well located, quiet and immaculate. Get the largest room you can, it's worth the extra money. Close to everything. Arrange your check in and check out in advance, there's no 24 hour reception. Enrique is THE MAN.

I really like this place for a long stay. I walked to the store and cooked in the room. It was quiet and I got some work done. The tv went out every weekend but oh well.

The property itself is in a good area of Cali and is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride away from lots of shopping areas and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the communication from staff was phenomenal. My check in was at 4PM, but my flight got in at 6AM. Enrique was kind enough to pop in early to allow me to leave my bags in the building until my check in time. He went above and beyond arriving several hours earlier than scheduled to accommodate me.

Easy to go around. I really liked the laundry service. I was really surprised about the street noise, but I guess that is every where. The tv didn't work properly.
