El servicio excelente.. en todas las areas .. nos sentimos cómo en casa .. podemos recomendar el hotel al 200 por ciento excellent service in all areas, we feel at home .. I recommend it 200 percent.. you will not regret it !!!!

Si desean un lugar de descanso familiar este es el lugar perfecto servicio excelente sus instalaciones de lujo , te sientes como en casa .. hermoso, .. te atienden de manera personalizada y con gran esmero .. lo recomiendo no al 100 por ciento , lo recomiendo al 200 por ciento ..

Nice and comfortable
The hotel was perfect for what I needed. It is close to the U del Valle. It was clean and comfortable. My room was quite spacious.

This hotel is exceptional and the service is excellent. The staff were always helpfull and pleasant. The hotel provide a full breakfast at no extra cost and the hotel rate was very very reasonable.

Small gem in the south of Cali
This is a lovely small hotel, very clean, safe and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and kind. Good hearty warm breakfast was included but they didn’t have fresh coffee. Only instant coffee available. The area is safe and nice, though noisy during the day. Calm and silent at night. Close to everything at the heart of Cali's universities and southern comercial hub.

El mejor!!!
Excelente, la atencion, el lugar, la limpieza y sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal, nos sentimos como en casa pero mejor atendidos que nunca. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy comodas. La decoración espectacular!

Treat yourself don’t cheat yourself!!
I’m glad I picked this place it was a very beautiful, clean and comfy place to stay for my 2 weeks in Colombia the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast every morning is sooo delicious located in safe neighborhood I was able to walk anywhere I needed to go a feel safe I will definitely recommend staying here!

Stop looking this is the place... My personal hidden gem south Cali. Since the check in VIP treatment nice and near. It's all saying "mi casa es su casa" yes Casa esmeralda is that and beyond.. ! If you love shopping malls the best 2 near to hotel (unicentro and Jardin Plaza) Falabella Awsome daily breakfast Security cameras 24-7 Great location Taxis Mini fridge Hot shower Cable TV (USA) and Colombian Rooms and area extremely well care Everyone following the Covid health protection Is just my place to be Spanish now... Mis amigos he viajado el mundo Dubai Thailand Prague Italia España y este lugar es uno de los mejores lugares que podido visitar y hospedarse... Good place, different than normal hotel!
Nice place, but it's not really a hotel. It feels more like a persons house with nice people attending you. One thing I did not like was not being able to get into the building with ringing the doorbell and waiting for someone to open the gate and doors! Other than that, it's a nice place.

Fantastic place! Great building, the room was very spacious and clean. Great staff. Very quiet area. Quite far from el centro, but very close to two of the best and most exclusive malls in the city, Unicentro and Jardín Plaza. Also lots of restaurants in the barrio (El Ingenio).

Je recommanderai cet endroit sans hésiter à tout le monde en France. Venir à Cali et séjourner dans cet Hôtel plairait beaucoup à ceux qui sont exigeants. Chambres très grandes et super super propres ! Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Je garde cette adresse pour revenir. En ce qui concerne le problème de la télé c’est à cause de l’antenne en haut de l’immeuble mais j’ai pu regarder sans problème des films le soir en rentrant. Le sèche cheveux est prêté quand on le demande et il est très puissant (au top pour les cheveux longs...). Oui il n’y a pas de double vitrage mais honnêtement je n’ai pas eu besoin de bouchons dans les oreilles (je voyage toujours avec au cas où...). Bref, au top car en plus il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambres. Je recommande 👍
