Quiero agradecer la oportunidad de poder alojarme con ustedes. Me sentí muy feliz, satisfecho y pude descansar plenamente. Destaco especialmente el excelente servicio de los recepcionistas, Wilmer y Ali, por su profesionalismo, simpatía y calidad en la atención al cliente. Sin duda, ellos hacen una gran diferencia y por esa parte los recomendaría. Como observación constructiva, considero que el desayuno necesita mejoras importantes. Entiendo que puede ser sencillo, pero la calidad y las porciones no cumplen con las expectativas, especialmente considerando el costo de 20.000 pesos. La atención de algunas personas en el área de desayuno podría ser más amable y clara al explicar qué está incluido y qué no. También pienso que deberían ofrecer mayor variedad. No hay opciones suficientes y si a uno no le gusta algún ingrediente, no permiten retirarlo, cuando entiendo que sí podría hacerse. Además, un desayuno sin jugo ni arepas realmente no refleja algo representativo de Colombia, y eso se siente, especialmente en una zona turística. Mi intención no es criticar sin fundamento, sino aportar para que puedan evaluar y mejorar la experiencia del desayuno, ya que el alojamiento y la atención en recepción fueron muy buenos. Muchas gracias y les deseo lo mejor.

La propiedad esta en una zona muy buena de Cali y muy segura, hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para caminar y relajarse. El hotel tiene un servicio muy bueno tienen un equipo de trabajo excelente muy serviciales . Su desayuno muy bueno. Lo evaluaría de 10 le doy 10 . Sus camas limpias, pulcras yo tome la habitacion con balcon a la calle y es como un apartamento ,las fotos de la descripcion se ajustan perfectanente con lo que brindan. Good location in Cali. Near many good restaurants and cafes. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. The shower head was clogged or damaged and sprayed water pretty much everywhere in the bathroom and through the shutters into the bedroom. My toileteries were constantly getting soaked. There is faje grass in the living area. I guess this absorbs the water spraying from the shower. It was a challenge to have consistent temperature in the shower. Breakfast was ok. You order from a menu with a few different egg options. Be prepared to pay extra. You want milk in your coffee? That costs extra. Make a change to the your eggs? That costs extra. There are areas in the hallways that had signs of black mold on the walls and ceiling.

Very dirty to begin with, the blankest were dirty, very difficult to sleep Bcus all the noise from the next door room you could hear it, bathroom when you shower all the water gets everywhere including the bedroom, breakfast was very limited, no parking overall way too expensive for such a not nice place.
