The room showed a few areas of wear, but the condition was commensurate with the price. We did not sleep well because of the pillows, which were way thicker than normal. There was no other model available. I think the property needs to fix this.

Clean, modern, safe; Key card access required for building, floors, elevators and parking lot. Continental breakfast with variety & delicious coffee, latte, and cappuccino options. Friendly staff & efficient check-in. Would highly recommend & will consider for future accomodations!

Hotel Universel Montreal
The pool was one of the warmest we had ever experienced as an indoor pool. The sauna was also a nice bonus.
