"This place was simply a room. I thought I was in jail when I first entered. It is a very small space with a tv on the wall, a small refrigerator, no desk or chair. It was very difficult to stay there so after about 15 minutes of disgust, we rented a room at the Doubletree Hilton about 4 minutes up the road. I did not feel safe in the area. Even the taxi driver found it difficult to find this place. The people who were staying there to go on a cruise almost missed their Lyft and Uber because the driver was confused about where the place was. I will not return to this place."

"Not very clean. Staff are just ok, not super friendly. No room service, you have to get your own food at the rooftop bar. Only one very slow elevator. The worst part is that my daughter and I got bit by bed bugs, and the sheets were not clean. I payed so much and this hotel was just average, if not below average. Will not be returning."

"The staff at Condado were lovely. I do think tourists need to understand that things move at a slower pace in Puerto Rico, and I was happy to be patient when waiting for food, coffee, or drinks because everyone was so polite, fun, and friendly. The poolside area is beautiful, and I enjoyed the coffee shop and the breakfast pastries available. The poolside food was also delicious and convenient. The staff works extremely hard to keep the property clean. One thing to keep in mind that the beach next to the hotel is public. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining our room, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the property itself is in rather poor condition, and it is time for Hilton to make an effort to update it. There are two pools: a chlorine pool with a swim-up bar and a saltwater pool. In general, many of the chairs around the saltwater pool were broken. The door to my room would not shut properly, and many doors throughout the property would slam shut. One of the elevators was broken, making it very inconvenient to access higher floors. Luckily, I was on the second floor and could take the stairs. The general condition of the common areas is very worn, including the furniture. Overall, I did enjoy my stay because of the great staff, including the poolside security, housekeeping, front desk staff, concierge, and porters, who did their best to host us. However, Hilton should be doing a much better job of maintaining this property. "

"We love to stay at Caribe Hilton when we come to Puerto Rico. The staff go above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and that we have all we need. This trip we met Ivan who works at the beach and pool and he took the time to ask us about our plans and recommend several places to visit. His suggestions were spot on and we are so grateful he took the time and care!"

"What the website advertised and what we got were two completely different things, it states there was a spa and showed pictures of a beautiful spa setting which was a big reason as to why we stayed there but really there is no spa. The spa is a whole different business and we would have to pay to use it. There are no shower curtains therefore you bathroom ends up completely flooded, fall risk needles to say the breakfast was one maybe a young child would eat, the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors, parking you have to pay for ontop of the room rental each day tou stay its a fee, the parking area is small and hard to get in and out of. The positive found was the amazing staff member who checked us in and the mere fact we were in Puerto Rico"
