He took the time to make sure we knew about the complimentary breakfast and provided us with bottled water to take with us., It was a pleasant experience and was very nice after 12 hours driving. Property was very quiet and conveniently located and was easy to find parking. Highly recomend staying here if your in the area. "

"Dirty Paid a premium of $300 for the night at this budget property due to a lack of available and reasonable accommodation with peak occupancy in Tallahassee for college move outs on this date. Housekeeping / management / ownership / the brands attention to detail is severely lacking at this property. Pulled out the desk chair to find it horribly stained and marked, wouldn’t sit on it, shower curtain needed replacing it was visibly dirty and brown at the bottom, I showered without the curtain, went to use the hairdryer and never seen such a filthy hairdryer in a hotel. The phone was visibly filthy. shocking. Although there was an upgrade with new lamp shades still wrapped in plastic in the room, it was unhygienic. "

"This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. As you walk into the hotel, it smells gross. We got to the room and it smelled awful too. We could not close the electric blinds because it was broken. The front desk said there were no rooms left with a king bed and that she could not fix the blinds. She said she can give us a discount. My husband and I struggled to put a sheet on the window but got it done. Then I was taking a shower and found out there was no conditioner just shampoo. I had to brush out my knotty hair. When I called the front desk the lady said housing was gone."
