Smooth and efficient check in and room was ready before mid-day. Staff were excellent explaining the amenities offered in the hotel and also throughout our stay. Fantastic room with an unrestricted view of the Med. We will definitely be back to Zel Mallorca, just wish we had booked for longer!

The style of the property is gorgeous. Friendly staff and quick service. Hotel breakfast & dinner is outrageously good. Great vibe/atmosphere. Will stay again. Only a 2 person occupancy per room though, unless you’re traveling with a child below 11 years old.

Rooms were very nice, but I believe it was over priced for what it is. Dinner and drinks were very over priced, for the quality of the food, thus why it’s so slow compared to other restaurant and bars near by. Very helpful and friendly staff. Gym was missing some equipment that was advertised on picture.

Overall, we had a great time at Zel Mallorca. Checkin process and staff, and Beso beach staff was excellent. The prices at the main restaurant (not Beso beach) were extremely overpriced with poor options and staff could do better (compared to Beso beach staff).

I loved the hotel room and overall the whole Mediterranean ambience of the hotel. It was clean, spacious, and a vibe. The beso beach restaurant in the hotel and pool service guys were amazing. It was a nice perk to have right onsite. However, the one thing that I disliked about the hotel itself was the people working there. Unfortunately they were the reason I did not have the best experience because of the rudeness they displayed my friend and talking about her looks. The people working in a hotel is a big reason people have good memories and want to return some day. I hope they keep that in mind for future guests. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay in Zel Mallorca in July. Fantastic check in process with very welcoming start and refreshments offered. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Only thing to mention was the air con wasn’t the best in our room, but family next door had no issues. The hotel was very attentive in ensuring we were located in a quiet part of hotel due to travelling with children. We hadn’t requested this but really appreciated the thought that had clearly gone into where our room was situated. Grounds were immaculate with pool cleaned every day and enjoyed not having to rush for sunbeds. Breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve had this summer. Plenty of choice each day. Location was fantastic and you were spoilt for choice in terms of supermarkets and restaurants. Beach was very clean and a children’s playground was also close by. Hotel gym looked lovely and free classes each morning. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would gladly return.

For couples or friends only

This hotel is more suited to friends or couples rather than families. It is very "trendy" and if you're a regular person / holidaymaker (rather than someone who is super-glamorous or who has had a lot of cosmetic surgery) then perhaps this isn't the place for you. It isn't somewhere to go with children and the breakfast on offer is a bit unusual (broccoli and sausages rather than yogurt and cereal). A big deal is made about there being no actual check-in desk, which makes it tricky to do anything quickly as finding a staff member to speak to is quite hard and it seems to take an eternity to get anything done. On the plus side, the "disco room" breakfast is great - giving the hotel a kind of 'night club' vibe, and the rooms are gorgeous. There is also a very decent gym. The two pools are also great - though the one for children is on the more shady side of the hotel so not somewhere for lying in the sun.
