"Amazing accommodation. D’Autor village is a beautiful property composed of several small villas, with a great pool that overlooks the valley. Please is spotless, with great hospitality and very nice staff that is always there to help and answer any questions you may have. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Top Calvos Hotel Reviews

Casa de São Domingos

10/10 Excellent

"This is a great find, the owners and staff were all super helpful and friendly. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious, and had a wonderful large balcony, with plenty of seating. The grounds were clean, and well maintained, the pool area is beautiful, and the views were spectacular. Breakfast had many options, which changed daily, as well as eggs cooked to your preference. I highly recommend this gem on the hill."

Vila Gale Douro Vineyards Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The property is stunning!!! The views are indescribable - you have to see for yourself to really experience. Traveled with group of 6 - late 50s, early 60s (good physical shape overall)....I will say that there are TONS of steps to get anywhere and if you are unable to do a lot of steps (I mean TONS) - this is not the property for you. If you are able to do steps you have to see this place! One thing that I'll remember is Eduardo helping us check in saying "this is your home for your stay.....treat it as such and enjoy all that the property offers"......The snack bar is meh. The breakfast buffet more than satisfying...."
