"The person who assisted me with checking in asked for the room deposit in cash and refused to provide a receipt for it. I asked him to return my money and cancel my reservation; in response, he called the police because I refused to leave the cash deposit without a receipt. He then charged me for the room, even though I had cancelled the reservation on the spot because he was being completely rude."

"I found trash behind the dresser that wasn’t mine when I dropped my chapstick. And the blanket looked dirty. The cleanliness needs a touch up everything else was great."

The check-in process was quick, the room was generally fine—it looked clean at first glance, but the blankets had stains as if they hadn't been washed, and there was a smell of marijuana, as always happens everywhere. Breakfast was passable, but the milk for the cereal wasn't fresh; it had already gone sour, even though the expiration date said otherwise. I imagine they hadn't refrigerated it beforehand. I don't know if this is relevant, but regarding check-out, which is supposed to be at 11:00 AM, they were already pressuring us to vacate 10 minutes before the deadline."
