Nice clean room with a nice view of the forest, delicious breakfast in your room and a nice fireplace. Good place to go if you want to relax.

We only stayed for 2 nights at the Chalé da Floresta and wished we could have stayed longer. The chalet was large and wonderfully appointed with a hot tub and fireplace to keep us warm during the cool nights, but what really set this chalet apart was the wonderfully enthusiastic service of the owner, Fulvio, and the huge delicious breakfast complete with bread and pastries homemade by Renata.

Quero expressar nossa imensa alegria e gratidão , sem dúvida uma das nossas melhores estadias , um ambiente hiper agradável a ponto de nos deixar sem vontade de irmos embora , local muito familiar com uma recepção incrível , agradabilíssimo desde a recepção à acomodação , tudo maravilhoso , o café da manhã gente uma coisa de outro mundo , tudo muito fresco , caseiro feito com carinho e amor a ponto de não aguentarmos comer nem a metade da bandeja de tanta coisa gostosa , ambiente muito humano e sem dúvida acolhedor . Simplesmente voltaria quantas vezes fosse necessário e sem dúvida indicaria a todos os amigos e familiares 🙏

S. Fluvio muito atencioso desde a recepção com orientações sobre o chalé e boas dicas de gastronomia e passeio. É humilde, se apresenta bem e controla muito bem a pousada, incluindo seu incrível café da manha, que por sinal, já é uma experiência por si só. O chalé muito bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. Toalhas macias e sempre quentinhas com toalheiro elétrico, mini shampoo e condicionador, sabonete, rede para descansar. O Chalé fica dentro da natureza e mesmo assim fica próximo do centro residencial e do centro turístico. Se a vida permitisse ficaríamos uma semana inteira lá.

Boa. Mas, estava muito frio , ajudaria se tivesse roupões de banho e chinelos ( o piso é muito frio) . Todavia, os donos , são muito atenciosos . Café da manhã farto e muito gostoso.

Incrivel, desde o momento da reserva. Foi tudo muito fácil, pela plataforma da Hoteis.com. Avisei o pessoal do chalé que era aniversário de minha esposa e eles prepararam um mimo que ela amou. As instalações são amplas e confortáveis, com tudo muito limpo e higienizado. O Sr. Fulvio foi o nosso anfitrião e fez questão de que nos sentissemos como em casa, muito atencioso e solicito, levou edredom extra para minha esposa, obrigado (fez 6°). O café da manhã da Renata é um Exagero de bom, parabéns e obrigado. Ainda ganhamos um late check out para fechar com chave de ouro. Requer atenção: O acesso à entrada da pousada é bem ingrime, mas nada absurdo. O quarto é grande e frio, mas é Monte Verde né rs. A distância até a avenida principal é razoavelmente aceitável. Amamos, voltaremos!!!

Agendamos sem conhecer, pegamos somente os feed dos hospedes anteriores, e, nao nos arrependemos de forma alguma, Sr Fulvio Proprietario, de uma gentileza e educação inigualável, nos atendeu com maestria, lugar maravilhoso, ambiente acolhedor, suíte extremamente limpa, aconchegante e café da manhã extraordinário feito pela proprietaria Renata, com muito carinho e cuidado, café muito bem servido, com frutas, paes, bolos, geleias, croissants, mel e tudo de bom....

Café da manhã excelente servido no quarto e com produtos deliciosos da região. Boa localização a alguns minutos do centro, o nosso chalé (6) era bem próximo da recepção. Atendimento incrível e o Sr Fuvio deu ótimas indicações turísticas. Chalé era espaçoso, tranquilo, bem limpinho e com ótima estrutura. Qualquer dúvida antes da estadia, eles respondem super rápido no e-mail. Recomendo muito!

Chalés cercados pela mata, com ar puro, úmido e predominância do silêncio. Lugar ideal para quem busca paz! Quanto ao chalé, muito limpo e confortável, com destaque para a lareira, que aquece bem e não produz fumaça no ambiente. O acolhimento dos proprietários é o grande diferencial, pois além de muito simpáticos, servem um delicioso café da manhã no quarto e passam ótimas dicas de restaurantes para quem quer fugir de lugares turísticos.
