I enjoyed staying within walking distance of the main campus of the University of Western Brittany (UBO) where I had some meetings. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Clean room , staff very good- parking underground for a set price - area around the property was dirty with rubbish lying all around the place and is not a safe area at night time .

Well appointed apartment but on a busy, extremely noisy road. Sleep was constantly interrupted by road noise. Very stuffy rooms as too noisy to open windows for long. A fan would have been useful.
