I already said above what I liked. What I didn't like is: 1. For the air conditioning to work you need to pay €1 for it to work 2 hours, so if you go on summer you can add at least €4 to the night cost. 2. They say they can't help you call a cab because the cab company have their number blocked because customers made them call and then took off and they have a prepaid phone in the lobby but it doesn't work. 3. I stayed for 1 week and they didn't change the sheets, not even once. 4. I think they only go into the room to make the bed, pick up the trash and change the towels because I could see the floor hadn't been cleaned.

Very good clean comfortable room with excellent A/C. The only problem we found was they do not serve meals and there was very little to choose from locally without going out in your car. We did try the restaurant next door but it was a little quirky and not everyone's liking, but the food was good. It is very close to the ferry and well signed. All in all a good overnight stop if traveling to the ferry.

Not a bad hotel only complaint I have was the toilet didn't flush, but that was sorted after a google translation. No food in hotel after a 10 hour drive but really good restaurant over the road.

Not too wonderful.
Hotel building was fine but land lady appeared to have a drink problem and we had to wake her up in morning for breakfast which was a coffee and flat stale coissant with nothing else at all no butter or jam. Great bar across the road with nice restraunt next too.

The continental breakfast for 3 € consists of bakery and cafe with juice which is what they offered and the lady did not have any alcohol problem but a medication that is taking for your information a greeting

Overnight stop on way to ferry
Pleasant Hotel perhaps a little awkward to find,very clean and comfy room,only draw back no English speaking staff,were arriving after 2pm but made two phone calls to notify them but only Spanish speaking .Thought as a "port" hotel some English would be available .Tried French but that too was not spoken.Had to ring Expedia but she to didn,t speak Spanish . Breakfast was good and plenty continental style;Upon arrival asked about getting a meal 5pm was shown "sign" language of Restaurant over road Spanish for the Plough. Went over quite full were shown to booth table head waiter attended explained Menu ,picked our meals,told restaurant opened again 6.30pm waited one and half hours two drinks later staff put their coats on after eating themselves turned out lights basically showed us the door after waiting and serving us drinks,a restaurant not to be patronised?Cleanliness,good bedroom and pleasant staff and

Fine hotel when you find it!
Great stopover after coming off ferry. A little old fashioned but at the price (29 euros with parking right outside hotel) it could not be better value. We did not eat at hotel but there is an excellent bar (Estacion de Soul) and excellent restaurant (El Trillo) opposite which we enjoyed greatly. Did not use wifi and not too hot so fine for us. Ceiling fan available. Very clean and beds comfortable. We had our own pillows to use. Main problem is finding the place. We ended up a hillside in a residential area after following our sat nav and we guessed the address as it did not know the one given on hotels.com. We are still not sure where we were but think we were in Igollo ie not Camargo!!! We were very lucky that a local (rather scary and wild looking) saw us hesitating and he waved to us from his van, then went away but came back later and stopped to speak to us and we told him (a little nervously) we were looking for Hotel Camargo. He promptly told us to follow him (and that he wanted no money) and did this very efficiently and quickly and so we arrived safely. We did give him some money but he did not want to take it. However we were so grateful as we thought we would never find the place and it was getting later in the evening. Quite an adventure.

Stayed a couple of nights after driving from Portugal,Stayed at this hotel before,Enjoyed our stay,Couple of bars and places to eat,Close by,Parking outside hotel,The room was quiet ,spotlessly clean,Extra blankets and pillows if needed,Bed was comfortable,Mini fridge with drinks ,Would recommend this hotel.

HANDY OVERNIGHT STOP
The hotel was fine. We didn't have aircon but there was a ceiling fan which came in handy because we arrived in a heatwave. Ask for a room which does not back onto the dual carriageway. The rooms at the back of the hotel have traffic noise. There are bars nearby serving food and a petrol station. A handy hotel away from Santander but near enough to easily pop into the city. Family of 5 Mum, Dad, Son, 15, Daughters 11 and 7 - two rooms

an alright serviceable hotel
We stayed one night on the way to the ferry in Santander. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It would have been useful to know which junction to leave the motorway to find the hotel.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Hotel muy bien situado, a pocos kilómetros de Santander. Muy tranquilo y con buenas instalaciones, todo a un precio asequible. Cuando vuelva Cantabria me alojaré en este hotel si hay plaza.

Bastante regular
En cuanto a la limpieza, la habitación tenía las papeleras sin vaciar. Sobre la comodidad, complicado. Hacía demasiado calor en la habitación y te cobran por encender el aire acondicionado. Por los €130 euros que pagamos la noche esperábamos dormir al menos cómodos la verdad. Carísimo

Atención muy buena, gente agradable. la habitación según entramos el olor era fuerte, como a humedad y pues, abrí las ventanas para ventilar aunque tuve q cerrar por mosquitos. Las sábanas limpias parecían pr había una mancha de sangre que no se debió quitar al lavar. Esta en general aceptable, pero me parece un poco caro para lo que es en si. La atención muy buena eso si.

Efectivamente si abre las dobles ventanas que tiene la habitación corre el riesgo de que entren mosquitos y estando la habitación climatizada con poner un poco el aire esta solucionado, el olor al que hace alusión es porque se esta pintando tolo el hotel y estaba aun reciente, fue un despiste por nuestra parte no haber puesto la maquina de ozono para quitar dicho olor.

Trés déçus, mauvais rapport qualité prix
Hôtel propre mais vieillot, 1 seule fin de rouleau de papier toilette, le parking sur la rue avec seulement 10 places pour toutes les chambres et peu pratique, le petit déjeuner peu cher mais 1 seule tartine ou viennoiserie + boisson, pour 1 tartine de plus, il faut payer !

Tuvieron aparcamiento privado y vigilado ¿verdad? y gratis ¿cierto? un café con leche de desayuno una pieza de bollería o tostada y zumo de naranja por 3 € ¿les parece que es para poder repetir sin tener que pagar?

El hotel esta cerca de todos los sitios para visitar. El chico de recepcion tiene mil sitios para recomendarte es muy amable. El restaurante de enfrente EL TRILLO se come de maravilla tanto a la carta como Menu... calidad precio muy bien todo repetiremos pronto

No merece 3 estrellas
Hotel que no merece tener 3 estrellas, sería más apropiado que fuese considerado una pensión. La limpieza es bastante deficiente, el dueño no sabe tratar al cliente (se le olvida que el cliente tiene siempre la razón), las habitaciones muy pequeñas e incómodas y el desayuno de 3 euros por persona, por el que el camarero te ofrece una tostada por cabeza, pésimo. Además de que está lejos de todo. En resumen, hotel no recomendable para pasar más de una noche.

Agradecemos su valoración y más si no tenemos el ¡disgusto de verlo de nuevo!, ya que no es bienvenido ni tan siquiera para una sola noche. Ud. llego regateando y presionando al recepcionista para que le cobrase menos por una reserva ya cerrada, aduciendo que el precio de la supletoria lo había visto más barato en otra web. Por la noche, su niño (culpa suya por supuesto, por no ponerle un pañal) hizo sus necesidades mayores en la cama y bajo a recepción con las sabanas manchadas diciendo que estaban así. Se le proporcionaron otras, por supuesto. Pero no le consentimos faltar a la verdad (como al final confeso, que había sido su niño) ni le “podíamos dar la razón” por mucho que Ud. Crea que el cliente siempre tiene la razón. En todo lo demás no merece la pena ni contestar, por que cualquiera que lo lea ya sabe "sus motivos y la veracidad de sus afirmaciones"

Difficile à trouver par GPS. L'adresse n'est pas reconnue par (certains) GPS Ne fait pas (ou plus) restaurant contrairement à l'annonce. Mauvais wifi. Chambre modeste. Pas de papier toilette à l'arrivée. Bruyant et mal insonorisé. Café froid au petit déjeuner. Français: langue inconnue.

Perfecta relación precio calidad
Atención Espectacular por parte de Yolanda, su dueña quién nos asesoro sobre lugares y caminos para recorrer. Sin estar en el centro la calle del hotel te lleva en 5 minutos al centro de Santander Muy cómodo acceso a las principales rutas turísticas.

Nos ha gustado para lo que queríamos. Se podría mejorar la alcachofa de la ducha, pues no te podías duchar muy bien. El wifi no funcionaba. El resto aceptable.

Hôtel simple et correct.
Week-end très chargé à Santander, les hôtels étant complets, nous n'avons pas eu trop le choix et par rapport à notre budget, nous avons été agréablement surpris. Si je devais retourner à Santander, je penserai à CAMARGO.

Hotel sencillo
Hotel sencillo pero útil para pasar un par de noches por Cantabria. Esta más enfocado en visitas de trabajo porque está en un polígono. Pero esta muy cerca de las playas de liencres y de Santander por lo que no es mala opción para realizar visitas a e estos sitios. La atención justa. Buena calidad precio.

Bien precio calidad
Todo bien, es cierto que esta al lado de un río y cerca de una autopista, pero las habitaciones están insonorizadas y disponen de doble ventana, por lo que no se escucha la carretera, ni huele el río. No hay mosquitos porque las habitaciones las dejas cerradas. Disponen de Aire acondicionado, tv, caja fuerte y están limpias. El personal de recepción fue un poco borde, pero otro chico que estaba en la noche fue amable. Para el precio que tiene no esta nada mal.
