"Breakfast was adequate. Hotel was undergoing some construction. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. Beautiful building! "

"Check-in was terrible! We let them know that we would not be arriving til midnight. There was no one at the desk, only a sign that said he stepped away “briefly”. Came back 20 minutes later, had to restart computer, couldn’t find our reservation under my name, had to go through my email to find my rez number. Finally got to our room, only to find it occupied!! The poor woman woke up screaming. Got another room but had difficulty sleeping due to all the commotion during check-in. The next morning, went back to the lobby desk, again no one was there. Apparently, they set up a work station over where guest tables are located. She appeared completely unprofessional with messy hair and wearing a gray hoodie. Was aware of the events of the night before, was apologetic but did not say or do anything that would make me want to stay there again"

"Very disappointed with the expedia & quality inn!! For the price we paid, ( $170)we truly felt conned!! As the pics in expedia shows lovely 3 star hotel with upgrades. But the reality was it’s a beaten down motel with dirty carpets, super suspicious dirty & stained couches, as if picked up from roadside !! Which costs $50/night They have done some upgrades, that ain’t gonna change the fact it is nothing but a shady roadside motel. Booked a non smoke room. But had cigarette smell in the room. Breakfast is just super junky sugary food.Only good thing about this stay was super friendly staff. "
