"Outside and lobby were nice and clean. Check in lady was very friendly and genuine. I arrived late (10:30pm) and was told there was only second floor rooms left. Totally fine, but there is no elevator at this property. I was traveling with pets so lots of trips up and down the stairs to the room/car. I was also given a room right at the top of the steps, which seemed nice to not have to walk more, but the door to the stairs is very heavy and slams closed. And since there’s no elevators that door was opening and closing all night long from other guests. It slammed so hard the wall/door would shake and rattle and we hardly got any sleep. I was also very displeased w the room, particularly the cleanliness. The sheets that covered the box spring were disgusting. There was a brown slip that is to go over the box spring, though some of it was under the mattress so the sheets were showing. Thankfully the sheets on the mattress were fine, but I was hesitant to sleep in it. The carpet in the room is probably older, lots of stains. Otherwise room was ok. I informed the clerk in the morning at checkout of the sheets, showed him pictures. He said he would tell the manager. "
"Upon arrival, there was no staff present, nor did I see any staff the entire stay. A virtual agent appeared on a kiosk after about 15 of waiting.
The room was filthy. Dirty sheets, smears of white stuff on the mirror and the bathroom was the worst.
“Continental Breakfast “ was toast and dry cereal.

"I was traveling with my husband and our 1.5 year old. We arrived in the evening ready to unpack and go to sleep. The front desk lady was having a bad day. She was super nice. But we arrived with the entire lobby wet and no wet wet floor signs. Then when we arrived in our room it was dirty and we needed to request a vacuum and they had us vacuum it ourselves. There was also a storage closet full of a ton of dangerous, sharp things that was unlocked and opened IN OUR ROOM. It took 30 minutes to finally get it closed and locked so we could put our son to bed. There was nothing edible for breakfast, the food was not good, cereal was stale, bread was stale, the yogurt machine was empty and they did not refill it our entire stay. The warm pool was the only saving grace this place had. Overall it is rundown, unclean and has no edible food. Very disappointed "
"It was a clean room with good fixtures in the bathroom. The toilet was a little slow when flushed. The Mexican restaurant in walking distance of the motel was a welcome sight. A good night's stay."
