"great location, Walkable to centre of town. Great choices at breakfast, good room although hanging cupboard is very cramped with an ironing board in it. It would be good to have some other hooks on the walls."

"It isn’t so much the property that is the problem, it is the staff annd operation. I waited 4 hours for a room, the staff was unhelpful and uninterested, the central heating was not turned on until 1700 hrs so the room was cold, the restaurant food was basic and unappealing. Most confronting was the hotel’s policy that guests cannot order in takeaway - that policy was not mentioned on its website or the Expedia property description. "
