We just stayed a night to rest. It look like the area was not safe. During the check-in the receptionist checked us thru the window and then gave the key card. Carpet was dirty.

Staff was friendly, relatively efficient, room seemed properly clean. Hallway a bit ratty, no elevator, and a room down the hall was blasting music, having a party. Didn't wake me up, but if I'd been closer, or a light sleeper, it would have been a major problem.

Very run down. Carpet was dirty & stained. The sofa in the room was disgusting - lots of stains. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was clean. But overall the place looks & smells dingy. Breakfast was awful, no fresh fruit & very limited choices.

The photos are misleading. I purchased the king and it has a jacuzzi in the picture in the room. Found out I didn't get that. They want 50 dollars on top of the 95 I already paid j said ok fine and then they told me the rooms are under construction so I wasn't able to get what was promised.

The hotel was disgusting and not clean at all. The breakfast lacked fresh fruit and your basic needs. Staff was not welcoming. Curtains were filthy and I itched all night from some type of bugs. The shower was loud and the water smelled like metals.

Wanted to charge me $35 for an early check in. I was attending a wedding that started at 4, and was driving 2 hours to get to the hotel. I wanted to arrive around 1 so I could get ready at the hotel. 3 pm check in would make that impossible. Even though the room was available, they were going to charge me, ridiculous. Very unsafe feeling from the location to the staff.

My stay was terrible. The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet. There was a damage in the door and I reported it. The front desk worker then accused me of making the damage and was so rude to me. At first he told me that I would not get my deposit back because of this. Even though I was obviously not the one to make the damage. Their workers clearly do not exam the rooms properly, if they missed this. He was yelling at me when I told him that this has nothing to do with me. Horrible experience.

They didn’t have a room for me so they put me in a room thy could find. No elevator Outdated bathroom, tub was dirty. Toilet needed cleaning so I purchased cleaning supplies. The breakfast was horrible. Microwave everything. Nothing hot at all.

The bathroom was dirty. The tub couldn’t be used it had a ring around it, like no one cleaned it. I booked two nights and the didn’t honor the price from my second reservation but over all, I’ll never stay here again

Highway traffic was loud. Usually we stay on back side which is quieter. Ice machine seems to be down all the time and couldnt use dryer last time down.

Outdated atmosphere. Found a stink bug and roach in the room. The cleaning staff were super nice, but the front office was very slow. Lighting around the area both inside and out could be improved. Spend a little more and either go to the holiday inn or comfort inn.
