The staff was very friendly, I was offered an early check-in at 10 AM and a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the location is pristine and the parking rates are very reasonable. HighlyI will recommend it for anyone visiting Cambridge.

The room was very clean but found the bed too small and the pillows too firm, but nice quiet hotel. Not too pleased with the cooked breakfast as it wasn't that hot especially the scrambled egg which had a funny texture and no taste fried eggs would have been better. Expected to see a more professional serving area not the bay Marie's which looked like a temporary last minet adition to resturant. glad we didn't have dinner there

Excellent full English breakfast with great coffee and some fruit juices. Very cheerful and friendly staff. Booking in was easy and parking was £6 per day, paid inside reception. (Only rip-off with this hotel chain.)
