The property was in an excellent location and parking facilities were a great bonus. the beds were clean and comfortable. The heating was great and the supply of hot water allowed for everyone to shower. Unfortunately, the property was in need of a though clean, there were a number of cobwebs inside the property including over items on the small window in the kitchen, the skylight windows above the dining table and the sash window above the sink. there was a large web in the upper stairwell with a very large spider lurking all weekend. All the windows were in need of a clean, inside and out. The decking area was slimy to the point of dangerous and areas were broken and loose. The patio needed clearing and the garden is so overgrown it is preventing the afternoon sun reaching the garden. The kitchen was adequate but lacked enough plates and cutlery to enable you to only put the dishwasher on once a day, there is no milk jug. The table was large enough for 8, but the styling made it difficult to clean, with crumbs going through the gaps onto the floor. Being greeted with plastic on the hall carpet was not a great sight, a large area of doormat would be more appropriate. Overall, the location, parking, and bedrooms were fabulous, it provided us with a comfortable setting for our weekend, however, whilst I would recommend it to friends on that basis, I would ensure that I highlighted that it is certainly not a luxury property.

Wonderful house- very clean and well-maintained. Super location close to shops and within walking distance of city center. Great advantage to have parking. Would rent again in a heart beat!
