"Kötü yönlerini sıralayacağım çünkü iyi yönü yok. -Girişte ilgisizlerdi, asansör bozuktu ve 4. Katta oda verdiler bavullarımıza yardım etmesi için biri çok geç geldi -3 gecelik süreçte asansör hep bozuktu ve sürekli 4. Kata inip çıkmamız gerekiyordu -Odaya ilk girdiğimizde aşırı derecede sigara kokuyordu ve düzgün temizlik yapılmamıştı, klozetin içinde bir sürü saç vardı fakat temizlenmiş gibi kapağa kağıt koyulmuştu. -Kapı bozuktu kilitlenmiyordu. -Deluxe odada kaldık ve asla fotoğraftaki gibi...

"seems a quite new hotel, rooms are clean incl. safe, reception is supportive, its very close to the main motoway. At breakfast additional charge is applied for omelett which is not plane (e.g. with tomatoes or cheese or mushrooms)...this was a bit strange.."

"they are working overall near the hotel, so dont think u can sleep, they start working especially in the evening till the morning. if i knew it before i should never book this hotel. staff is ok. but the rest is not good sorry for the guys there..rooms are not nice tv channels doesnt work sometimes..wifi fell out alot of times.. only the staf is ok the rest is old and not nice.!"

"I wonder how you consider it as 5 star hotel and the truth is not even 1 star, carpet very dirty, bed condition very old, room and bathroom smells bad, light very low. I fell sorry how ministry of tourism rates this hotel as 5 star, and I am sure they never come again and check the hotel condition. In the future I will check the room before check in and that what I did today in Spence. The front disk lady was very nice and good pleased her otherwise I will never go again, nor recommend this...

"No options that were described. No airport shuttle. No swimming pool. No shuttle to the beach. No beach towels. Beach is not private. Towels were not clean after room service. Only guy on reception did his work perfectly. Breakfast has a poor variety of food. "
