9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,882 reviews)
A mixed experience. The hotel is very well located; the front of house staff are charming and helpful; the rooms are decent; and the breakfast is great. However, the housekeeping service is a little chaotic - twice in our stay, we returned to our room late in the afternoon to find that it hadn’t been cleaned; the rooms are very noisy; and the room service menu is the restaurant’s à la carte menu, combined with a 10 Euro delivery charge. Overall, not up to the standard of most 5* hotels.
