"Room was relatively clean, but updated linens are needed there was a hole in the sheet. Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. Do not recommend. Also the girl said it was "always a problem if you book through Expedia.""

Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better."
