Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orem-North Provo by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the front desk staff, we arrived late and they did not get notice we were traveling with pets so they upgraded our room at no charge to accommodate us! Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok, room was clean, nice safe area. Would stay again!"
LivAway Suites Orem-Vineyard
10/10 Excellent
"I decided to "runaway" from home and put my oldest in charge. My husband really enjoyed having a night out by ourselves in a long time, the staff made it incredibly easy to check in and out, and the hotel room itself was clean and extremely comfortable. Thank you for a great night away from the kids."
Home2 Suites by Hilton Lehi/Thanksgiving Point
10/10 Excellent
"Enjoyed our stay. Room was so convenient with space and amenities available! We will come back to this location as well. The staff, just everyone was friendly and welcoming, and helpful!"
TRU by Hilton Lehi, UT
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed several aspects of our visit, particularly the location near Thanksgiving Point and the great customer service. The breakfast host was engaging and attentive, the pool and spa were clean, and the front desk team was always pleasant when we requested extra toiletries. However, cleanliness is a noticeable weak point. Our room’s shower had hair from previous guests, the drain emitted a noticeable odor at first, and the refrigerator had not been wiped out. The staff was kind enough to let us inspect other rooms, but they shared similar issues with sticky furniture and overlooked cleaning. If you plan on doing laundry during your stay, note that there is only one washer/dryer unit available, so timing can be tricky."
Best Western Timpanogos Inn

"I found my room to be clean, modern, nicely decorated, well furnished including a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast included hot eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh biscuits and a waffle maker. Will definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful hotel, lobby, room, very comfortable bed and most of all clean! I think her name was Whitney (blonde hair) who worked the breakfast area was AMAZING, she worked around my food allergy and made things specifically that met these needs and got me pics of ingredients to read. She was amazing, and VERY nice! Wonderful employee!"
