"Nice property, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. It wasn’t crowded when I stayed, so it was quiet, but I can see how the hotel could get loud with a rowdy game day crowd. Off the congested university area just enough to be out of the way, but close enough to get to restaurants, bars, and shopping quickly. Good amenities - sit-in bar with TV to watch the game, pool, well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but adequate. Hard boiled eggs and oatmeal would be good additions. Overall very happy and will stay again. :)"
"We were so pleased with our stay at Budget Host hotel, in Cameron, TX. Our room was clean, A/C remained cool the entire night and breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, biscuits or other bread options, sausage links, waffles, cereal and fruit available. Coffee and juice were good too. Bed was comfortable and ample room to move around. Easy peasy check in and check out. Front desk staff were friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this hotel.
