"Booked and paid 2 days in advance king bed smoking room. Get to check in they couldn’t verify that my room was paid in advance so I was almost double charged. Told the desk clerk I use hotels.com her and another unaware staff member claimed they don’t use hotels.com. That’s odd being that I clearly used the app and had confirmations. After waisting 15 min of my time they give me a room that wasn’t the original room booked. Ended up with a room with 2 double beds and I couldn’t smoke in the room had to smoke outside which defeated the whole purpose of me booking there to begin with. Completely garbage service. Cheap prices only good thing about this experience but I would rather pay more to get what I asked for."

"Beware of how loud all the rooms facing the highway are. Also, the frony desk staff appeared to always be hiding in the back room. No bell to get an attendant. Took three tries and me making a racket with a toddler in the lobby for 30min to get someone to come out. Also, some weird cheapness at breakfast with dissolvable paper plates."

"Linda at front desk make our day the best my husband and i stay there because he have a amputation and Saturday dialysis ,our bathroom at home no finish yet so was few days for my husband only doing towel bath i noticed he getting to over thinking so i booked the room so he can take shower on Friday and Saturday he ho dialysis early moyfinish around time to chevk out he s he sweat a lot and a shower i ask linda to extend our check out and she did with out asking to much he was so happy to do second day shower and everything was clean and wheelchair accessible thank Linda and team mske my husband happy and out the stressful moment he going through since all happened few months"

"Under renovation, so expect it to have some topical mess. But was pretty well kept despite the renovations, however the constant noise from renovations wasn't pleasant, the a/c wouldn't turn on, but someone did come to fix it within 30 minutes and it got very cold once turned on. Had a $100 refundable deposit that was not mentioned by 3rd party when I made reservation and paid for room. Given they assist had my money for the room, I used the last of my money to pay said deposit with a promise it would be reformed to my card immediately upon check out. That was yesterday and I have still not received the deposit back in my account and am struggling with being able to afford food."
