"The campus was clean enough for tired travelers attending a soccer tournament to not notice details. The double bed room for four was clean, tight and manageable and the shower/bathroom was clean. They provided enough towels and switched out towels with just a phone call to room service, we really didn't need our room to be attended. The elevator was clean and not abused by visitors. Breakfast downstairs was sufficient for a light snack and the coffee was good as well. We didn't have time for the small pool, jacuzzi and fitness room. The front desk staff was polite and very helpful."

"The resort could use a little bit of an update. It’s very tired looking. A shower did not drain at all. The sink drains in the bathroom would not pop up. The hours of the pool slides were either not open except 11-4 and we’re a bit confusing. We were told one thing one day made an effort to leave Legoland the next day to get there before closing and it wasn’t opened, but they were nice and sent us to the other slide and the young man working there kept it open for a few minutes so our four-year-old granddaughter could at least go down twice. The grill restaurant was nice and so was the live music they had on the patio would be nice if they had coffee available early in the morning somewhere so you could get it before you leave for your sightseeing of the day restaurant didn’t open until at least eight ."

"Had to go to the office a few times cause the key wouldn't work. The window curtains had stains on it. Even tho it was a non smoking room it still smelled. The bathroom looked like a gym shower. The bed squeaked every time you move. One of the light fixtures didn't work. Best part of the room was the TV. It was a nice size for the room. Pretty much you get what you pay for. If you don't have much to spend, this place will suffice. Just have to suck it up."
