"We loved our stay here. Other than the noise overhead early in the morning from other guests, everything was perfect. We brought our noise machine with us for that very reason, and it definitely helped. We were on the first floor, ocean side, and really enjoyed the sunsets every evening. "

"Best place for families to stay! We stayed at the villas on the green in what was more like a spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Clean, huge comfy bed, giant jet tub, well stocked kitchen, large balcony, and TVs in the living room and bedroom. I wish they had more information via email or the website about the property and amenities before arrival. There are several pools, a water slide, fishing pond with free fishing equipment, golf and free golf club rentals, activities like s'mores around the fire pit and trivia, a rec room, and restaurants on site. Super clean, very friendly staff, parking included, and beautiful natural surroundings. It was about 40min in light traffic to Legoland and 30 to the Safari Zoo park. 15-20min drive to nearest grocery store. Cons: lack of information provided about the property and amenities and I found it near impossible to get a hold of the front desk/ concierge by phone and they take forever to respond to text requests. I had to call about a couple things before the trip and was on hold over 10 minutes 3 times I called and they didn't pick up any of the times we called from the room phone when they were there. They responded to the text messages through the number they provided about very simple things but not for more specific requests (we didn't have many). Though staff were super helpful and friendly when we did get a hold of them. I think they do timeshare presentations with incentives to attend but they weren't pushy at all about attending. "

"Staff was super nice my rooms cards kept getting de magnetised and idk if i was supposed to get my deposit back 🙃 :/ couldnt change the input on the tv to hookup my friends xbox and cable kept freezing wifi was spotty but it was nice water was hot ac was cold and clean bedding"

"Good location, could walk to the beach, but right next to I5, so prepare for the noise, all doors open to the outside, so the freeway comes right thru the door and window. Breakfast had good options, was always hot and well attended by the staff Pool and Hot Tub looked nice, did not use it. Had an issue with the top of the window sill leaking into the room, making the floor and entry tile all wet. Staff had it repaired, but did not dry carpet or tile, or offer to move us to another room. Not impressed by the service of the GM there."
