If not, there are probably more affordable options that may make more sense. However, staying so close to everything saved me on transport and other expenses that come up when I stay outside of the capital. Its walking distance from Adams Morgan where I like to hang out so for me it was worth any extra...

The only 2 things that I would comment on is the noise and sirens at night made it difficult to sleep. And the location was not the safest. Pretty much every taxi & Uber driver told us they really didn’t like driving to this area d/t the traffic and it being unsafe. If it weren’t for those 2 things we really loved the place."
