"*HONEST REVIEW* My wife and I stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. Firstly, the staff were the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in all of my global travels. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel. The roof top bar and pool were top notch with cabanas with beds to lounge on while you were delivered your cocktails. The food at the rooftop bar and main restaurant were 5/5. Very very good. What we didn’t realize with the buffet breakfast is that you can order specialty coffees and breakfast off the menu. Take advantage because it’s amazing! One of the nights they rolled out the restaurant piano outside so that the whole of the outside portion of the restaurant good listen to the piano concert. Great entertainment. I would rate the hotel 4.9/5 as the only thing that wasn’t to expectation was the rooms. They were fine and the bathroom was very nice, but I would say they were more along the lines of a 3-3.5 star hotel. The laminate flooring was separating in a lot of places and should be redone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be back!"

"Great location on the main tree lined street close to shops and a very short walk to the beach a beach front shops/restaurants. Reception is a cafe with great cakes! The rooms/hotel was clean and tidy and had AirCon. Staff were helpful and friendly and spoke a little English. The room we chose had a balcony and twin beds with table and chairs which overlooked the trees which gave privacy from the street."

"The hotel is in a fab location on the beach. The roof top bar was great as was the pool area. The rooms are ok but lacked a few things I think it should have had. There was no coffee machine and they only supplied powdered milk. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were awful. The cleaning if the room was just ok! For what we paid for the hotel I can only rate it as average. It’s saving grace is it’s location!"

"We were worried having read the reviews online post booking - there was no need! Room was immaculate and very large, balcony and view were stunning, breakfast buffet had a massive choice of delicious food, all staff were lovely and the pool area was huge and pool bar great! The photos do not do this place justice! There’s a decent car park and the bus stops right outside too - not far to Deià or Valldemossa"

"Loved everything about it so modern, up to date, clean and elegant. Only suggestion would be the have some nightly entertainment of some kind. No live music or even outside area in back to sit by water to have and listen to some soft music."

"We recently stayed at Hotel Condesa for our mini moon and it was so good! The main pull for us was the proximity to the beach and this really was amazing. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was amazing! So much choice it was unreal! The hotel is so clean and the staff all so helpful and friendly. We would stay again!"

"The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, especially compared to other accommodations we were considering before our trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, with the breakfast team providing particularly attentive service each morning. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us and proactively arranged a room change as soon as one became available. We truly appreciated their effort and commitment to guest satisfaction. When we return to Mallorca, we will definitely consider staying at Marítimo again. Highly recommended!"
