"Beautiful new resort with very friendly staff and perfect amenities for a family. The pool is indoor and very warm - nice for rainy weather but also sun with the big windows. We lived our executive suite and the housekeeping was awesome. We also brought our dog and she felt very welcome. I got a facial at the spa which wasn’t the best - I was expecting more facial massage - but other than that perfect stay!"

"Second stay here, the kids love the pool and waterslide, we had a family suite and it was perfect and breakfast was great-always busy but the staff work hard getting fresh items out for breakfast. Definitely will stay again "

"We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt.
Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. This all in their “ocean view suite “
Finally, the wallpaper was torn, the room was outdated and the lamp didn’t work. When we brought it to the front desk attention their response was to give us 15% off our next visit if we call ahead.

"I’d stay again. Our room was updated although if you’re a light sleeper you can hear the other rooms and hallway. Ocean view, nice room and comfortable beds and reasonably priced "
