"My new favorite Austin hotel! Really great boutique hotel just minutes from downtown and a couple of blocks off the lake and Austin greenbelt. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel has a great sense of that famous "Austin Funkiness" while still feeling high quality, with great little details and touches everywhere you look. Having a hip austin coffeeshop on premises and many restaurants and bars within a short walk was also a plus. Can't wait to stay again!"

"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

"My stay was okay. The handle on my toilet was brook so I rigged it to work so I did not have to take the lid off every time to flush it. The 2nd day the fire alarm went off (not sure why) never got the all clear to go back in other then the alarm being turned off. I probably would not stay here again."
