"We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. "Check in was great, with a welcome glass of Port. Breakfast was perfect every morning with plenty of options and very scenic views. Room was little dated and the area itself is secluded. If you’re looking for that, than this is the spot. The highlight of the trip in Douro was the wine tour about an hour away. Beautiful area beautiful resort. "

"All I can say is run to this Quinta! This was the highlight of our trip, by far. The staff was exceptional; as is the property which was very clean. We stayed at the outer building and had a pool all to ourselves, along with a lemon tree & breathtaking views. The restaurant on the property was great and the breakfast was just right, offering plenty of fresh options. The wait staff was friendly and professional, offering great wine paring options for every course of every meal. A short walk brings you to the nearby city where you can take a river cruise or walk to two other vineyards to do a wine tasting. The staff arranged a driver to take us to other Quintas for wine, cheese, bread and honey tastings. It was fabulous. We will be back for sure!!!"

"Wow ! This is an Exceptional guesthouse, 5 *! I would highly recommend this location. Manuel is the host and will treat you as a family member. He is welcoming and approachable should your have questions or need anything. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. Balconies look out over the river. The grounds are carefully maintained. Location is secure and within an easy 10min. walk to restaurants and the train. Breakfast is of the highest quality with lots of options. Eggs are cooked to order. Parking is safe with plenty of spaces. Shower is top notch; great pressure and temperature. Love it. Do not hesitate to book here."
