"If you’re looking for luxury, this is not it. Centrally located but our first room was filthy and the room they moved us to was certainly out of date. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast and the balcony in our room."

"I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sotero. The room was very nice, and the bed was beyond comfortable and very big 😊. Breakfast was great, the views of the city were amazing, and it's location is prime between the center of Salvador and the beaches of Lauro De Freitas and some of the southern beaches of Coconut Coast. Proximity to Salvador Shopping also is a huge plus!"

"There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt."
