"The check-in and staff were great. The room had a refrigerator that didn’t work and the heating/cooling system didn’t work.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Strangely, they gave us a spoon and a knife but never a fork.
The check-out was easy and they called us a cab right away. Bus C1 takes you right downtown to all the sights!"

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The hotel is a couple blocks from the bus stop and a grocery store,a short taxi ride to the airport and train station and in a great neighborhood.
Alessandro, Sabrina and the staff were very accommodating and helped us in every aspect of our stay. We appreciate and will miss them. Thank you Hotel Masaccio til next time."
