Hotel velho e sem manutenção, O ar-condicionado fss as faltava a estrutura plástica frontal. O comando do ar na parede não funcionava. O ar-condicionado apenas ventilava e o quarto extremamente quente. Muito desconforto.

Hotel abandonou a manutenção. Iluminação muito fraca nos quartos. Tapetes nos corredores faltando pedaços, concreto do piso visível na junção da formação em frente as portas dos quartos. Ma vontade do atendente no check in, pedi o quarto em andar mais alto e a resposta é que não dava porque o hotel estava lotado, isso as 14:00horas de uma segunda feira. O primeiro quarto que me deram teve que ser trocado porque a televisão estava caída a 45 graus. Enfim, o hotel me pareceu largado …

E ainda vi a atendente pegando este cobre leito em uma sala que estava escrito serviço para limpeza, posso estar errado, mas será que é uma sala para lavar o que está sujo ?

O café da manhã só foi servido a partir das 7h da manhã e tanto nós quanto outros hóspedes não foram informados no momento do check in. Pela primeira vez fiquei em um hotel que não tinha ovos no café da manhã. Tive que ir até a recepção de madrugada (porque não atendiam pelo telefone) para buscar cobertores e lençol porque não prepararam o quarto para 3 pessoas conforme a reserva online.
