"Check in was quick and staff very friendly. Loved the room. It had a beautiful fireplace, nice chairs to sit in and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the selection was wonderful. The dining area was full of windows and it was sunny and cheerful. Loved how the dining room was decorated with a winery theme and grapes. Parking was convenient and the ground's outside were so pretty with beautiful flowers and greenery. Very relaxing visit and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place !!"
Kiota Inn & Event Center Sutter Creek, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This place was amazing 10 stars! Very clean and welcoming lobby. Outside was very well maintained. A quick ride in the elevator to the second floor and wa-la, walked into a beautiful and inviting room. Could barely hear our neighbors TV, but the hotel was complete silence at 9pm. The best thing was the vending machine area had a washer and dryer a few steps from our hotel door, so i did a load of laundry which turned out beautifully.
House keeping knocked on our door in the morning asking if we needed anymore towels or amenities, which we didn’t but very sweet gal with a friendly smile. We stayed at Kiota Inn for 3 nights and honestly hated to leave we had such a good experience. We’ll definitely stay here again next year when we visit our son in Ione CA again. Thanks for an awesome stay and experience, appreciate all the staff very much."
"Stayed here to visit Yosemite. Long drive from there to the park entrance on winding roads. Nice scenery. We went to Tenaya Lake, which was beautiful. Some people caught fish while we were there."
"Love this Hotel. Excellent staff & service. Great restaurant. Love the location in my favorite little town of Sutter Creek. Great shops & places to eat steps away, as well as great wine tasting in the shenandoah wine country nearby. :)"
"We were welcomed and offered water and snacks. Given the breakfast menu to choose from for the next morning. There was a complimentary wine tasting at 5 pm. The hotel and the restaurant Taste are owned by the same group and reception offered to arrange times there is needed. Although there was not much open in Plymouth on a Monday, the restaurant and hotel are a destination of their own."
