Staff is great. Valet parking is convenient. Breakfast is very good. However, the gym is unusable because ALL of the equipment is broken. Smaller things: the elevator lights/buttons need maintenance. The hotel is starting to look old. Location is good; walking distance from the city center stores.

Não vale o valor cobrado. Apartamento faz barulho de Ar condicionado (ACREDITE, DO ANDAR DE CIMA) pinga a noite inteira incomoda muito. Café da manhã, bom justo. Hotel precisa de reforma, cama, móveis etc... Um Ibis tem mais conforto que esse hotel, a um preço menor. Uma detalhe é fato: todos muito educados... deixaram o recepcionista sozinho, tinha umas 12 pessoas aguardando o check-in, cansados e mesmo assim o funcionário não perdeu a paciência.

Opção de piscina e academia foi diferencial, atendimento e manobrista excelente, café da manhã excelente também. Já a acomodação deixou a desejar em relação ao espaço, ar-condicionado bem antigo e sem controle remoto. TV poderia ser smart pois daria para logar minha Netflix. Banheiro bem apertado. Por fim a localização é excelente, nem 5 reais para ir de Uber ao shopping e ao calcadão.

O quarto estava limpo e a maior parte da equipe foi gentil, porém a recepcionista foi seca e não explicou sobre piscina e academia. A piscina abre as 09:00, porém jogaram cloro exatamente as 9;00, inutilizando a piscina dura te a manhã. O elevador precisa de manutenção, é ruidoso, dá muitos trancos e não exibe os andares corretamente.
