Todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. O quarto bem grande e limpo. O banheiro é ok. O café da manhã é bem variado e a localização do hotel é a melhor possível, no meio do centrinho de Capivari.

Apesar de bem localizado o atendimento deixou muito a deseja, no check-in nos falaram um preço do founder, porém no restaurei era o dobro do preço. E pior não aceitaram que estavam errados. Portanto fica o alerta para alguém que for se hospedar gravem tudo que falarem.
