A pousada é simples, mas estava tudo impecável! Ao entrar no quarto já notamos que estava muito limpo e cheiroso. As camas eram confortáveis com bastante cobertas. O chuveiro super quentinho! O café da manhã também estava delicioso, com tudo fresco e bastante variedade. Infelizmente não é tão próximo de Capivari, mas pra quem como nós vive em grandes capitais, se locomover 15 minutos de carro não foi nenhum problema!

Fui em família, e estava muito calor, percebi que não tinha ar e nem ventilador, liguei para recepção para saber se não teriam um ventilador, e eles disseram que não. Complicado ficar num quarto com duas crianças sem nenhum tipo de ventilação. Ficamos na suite 07. Mas o atendimento em si foi bom.

Custo-benefício é o foco deste empreendimento!!! Não é hotel de luxo ou com foco no conforto, portanto se este é o seu perfil não procure este hotel. Quarto limpo e agradável, chuveiro com água bem quente e um café da manhã simples mas que atende bem... Voltando a Campos do Jordão para levar minha filha novamente na EMB (Escola de Magia e Bruxaria) vou procurar esta pousada novamente.

A Pousada Campos de Paiva foi uma experiência muito boa para nós! O atendimento do funcionário Cleverson foi muito bom, o quarto e banheiro estava limpo, silencioso e confortável. Ótimo atendimento, tudo muito limpo e organizado, mas o café da manhã deixa a desejar, sanduicheira com um lado queimado, e se vc quiser tomar água no café, tem q comprar na recepção. O chuveiro do quarto horrível, sai pouquíssima água e é quase impossível equilibrar água quente e fria.
