Aquecedor não funcionou, chuveiro não aqueceu de forma alguma, tinha digitado de gás mais funcionava somente a luz. Roupas de cama péssimas, cobertor duro e com mau cheiro. Pessimo!

Foi muito boa, o pessoal foi receptivo. A única melhora a dizer quanto a instalação é referente ao banheiro que não tinha um aspecto tão bom (quanto a limpeza), no restante o local é muito bom, organizado e mesmo as áreas comuns são como as fotos bem limpas e cuidadas.

Muito boa , o local é bem localizado, tem ótima vista e geralmente um bom atendimento, ao menos foi na primeira vez que viemos, esta é nossa segunda. Porém, devido a um atraso de 15 min para o café da manhã, um funcionário específico da recepção foi desagradável e sem educação. Tirando isso , é um ótimo lugar para quem busca conforto e um bom preço.

Pousada simples, mas bem confortável. Ótimo custo benefício. Próximo ao Palácio Boa Vista. Um pouco distante do centro, o que não foi nenhum problema para nós. Vista bonita e delicioso canto dos pássaros no jardim. Equipe muito gentil.
