Bom café da manhã e hospedagem razoavel

Os pontos fortes da hospedagem foram o atendimento e o cafe da manhã que foram muito bons. Os quartos sao antigos e alguns detalhes me incomodaram durante a estada. Os abajus estavam desligados pois nao da para ligar eles na tomada com a cama encostada na cabeceira alem de estarem com lampadas brancas frias super fortes brancas, enfim liguei eles e desliguei em seguida. A cama de solteiro fica colada na parede da janela, assim ela prende a cortina do quarto tanto para abrir quanto para fechar. Na mesa sob a tv havia inumeras formigas que infestavam qualquer pertence que se colocava ali, talvez devido as comidas do frigobar. Esses problemas acima junto com alguns reparos vistos mostram um pouco de falta de atenção com a manutenção e a decoração do local. O estacionamento é muito pequeno mas consegui parar nos 2 dias e na rua em frente é tranquilo estacionar.

Mande sua sogra!

Após o check-in verifiquei que o aquecimento do quarto estava inoperante. O atendente subiu comigo no elevador para verificar. Parou no primeiro andar e disse: pode ir que vou verificar uma coisa e já estou subindo. Depois de muito esperar constatei que o mesmo havia retornado à recepção. Fiquei em silêncio olhando para ele na recepção. Ele passou por mim, olhou, e entrou no elevador, seguindo sozinho para meu andar. Segui em seguida. Ele me abordou na saída do elevador e reclamos que EU não estava em meu quarto. Discutimos. Perguntou três vezes com as mãos abertas o que eu queria que ele fizesse e mandou eu reclamar com a gerente. Enquanto eu reclamava com a gerente, permaneceu ao lado debochando. Determinado momento declarou que não podia se defender. Pedi que falasse à vontade e disse que não falaria nada, e permaneceu debochando, ao lado da gerente. Se eu tivesse ido embora não teria tido oportunidade de informar aos leitores o motivo de ser um ótimo lugar para enviar a sogra. Sozinha. A janela do quarto não veda a corrente de vento. Literalmente venta dentro do quarto. A temperatura agradável de julho à noite é uma delícia. Eu havia solicitado um aquecedor para a gerente. Não recebi. Não bastando o frio noturno, o vento “cantava” e sacudia o “black-out”, fazendo mais barulho, intermitentemente. Não pensem que acabou por aí. Se sua sogra resistir à noite, quando o sol raiar terá uma agradável sensação de luzes piscando devido à oscilação do blackout com o vento.

Bom, mas não voltaria

Foi uma boa hospedagem, mas com muitas taxas por fora e custo alto pela localização e estrutura. Hotel pet friendly com taxa de 60,00 por dia, mas não há nenhum espaço dedicado e nenhuma hospitalidade para o pet (pote de agua por exemp. Hotel bem cuidado, mas precisa melhorar a cama e canais de TV. Bom mas não voltaria. Cuidado com o caminho indicado pelo Waze, melhor forma de chegar é pela avenida principal.

O atendimento foi maravilhoso, a Mirian foi muito gentil, o pessoal da recepção e do café também. Foi uma estadia muito agradável, a pousada é confortável com ótimo café da manhã e bem localizada em Campos. Recomendo.

Achei que não valeu o custo benefício. O café da manhã é bem fraco, as coisas não foram repostas, quando fomos tomar café quase não tinha mais opções. Ao sair nos foi dobrada uma taxa, contudo já não havia o que ser pago, pois foi pago pelo aplicativo. O quarto é bom e o banheiro também!!

Razoável. A taxa de serviço cobrada no final da estadia me deixou irritado, pois o serviço não foi bom. A Pousada é bem simples, localização não é boa, longe do Bairro Capivari, café da manhã é razoável, o ponto positivo é o silêncio. Quase todo ano viajo a Campos, mas não voltarei nessa Pousada

Decepcionada com a hospedagem!!!

Péssima!!! Primeiro de tudo a distância para o centro é de uns 4 km e não 800 m como está no anúncio!! Minha hospedagem, Começa que no dia do check-in, conforme o horário, chegamos as 14 em ponto, e o quarto que iríamos nos hospedar ainda não estava limpo, tivemos que aguardar, após isso, ou seja uma limpeza horrível, coisas no lixo no chão do quarto, o banheiro cheio de cabelos, ou seja péssima a limpeza, o café da manhã horrível, começa às 8 e termina as 11, chegamos as 9 e já não tinha mais nada, tínhamos q ficar pedindo para repor e mesmo assim não chegava nunca, ou seja praticamente não comemos e fomos vencidos pelo cansaço, acho q isso é estratégia, pois foram nos dois dias a mesma coisa, é inadmissível um hotel não ter a previsão de hóspedes para oferecer café da manhã, preferimos sair e comer fora, na volta, quase q não tinha lugar para colocar meu carro no estacionamento, todos os carros mal estacionados, ou seja mal aproveitamento do espaço, e quem chegou depois com certeza o carro dormiu na rua, ainda assim como se não bastasse me falaram que teria que acordar para manobrar o carro, ridículo, deixei a chave na recepção e perguntei que se responsabilizaria pelo meu carro e o funcionário falou que ele era responsável, desculpa! Mas isso é inadmissível tbm! Dei as costas e fui pro quarto, no check-out, fui comentar essas coisas e o funcionário veio debater cmg, Affff! Não via a hora de ir embora daquele lugar pra não voltar nunca mais!!!!

Excelente experiência

Foi uma ótima experiência, toda equipe muito atenciosa e a pousada é totalmente petfriendly. Nossos pets adoraram, nos sentimos bem a vontade desde do check in até o check out. Excelente custo benefício para quem busca uma pousada em Campos do Jordão, e de carro fica bem próximo dos pontos turísticos. Na viagem fomos eu e minha esposa, nossos dois pets.
