Quarto amplo e cama excelente. Café farto e variado e saboroso das 8 às 12. Café e chá da tarde igual . Amenities excelente ; Limpeza boa e atendimento de todos excepcionais especial Rose, Júlia, , lucineia, Patrício , enfim todos . Na entrada tem espumante com doces e na saída tem kit viagem águas e biscoitos e se fizer avaliação ganha caixa com chocolates variados . Sugestão melhoria: elevador ia sempre ao terceiro andar antes de ir ao primeiro; goteira na varanda do café;

Decepcionado.

Acomodação absurdamente ruidosa para o custo elevado da diária, comuniquei a recepção solicitando a recisão da estadia, mas não foi considerada esta opção pelo atendimento e me transferiram para outra acomodação, inferior à que eu escolhi anteriormente, porém bem menos ruidosa. O atendimento foi extremamente cordial e buscaram uma solução para o problema imediatamente. Entretanto, o prazer e experiências pelos quais paguei não foram completamente atendidos. Algumas tábuas de madeira do piso da primeira acomodação pareciam soltas e machuquei meu pé em um dos pregos de fixação que não estava bem pregado. O aquecedor do quarto para onde fui transferido não funcionava, somente a do banheiro.
