"My favortie part of this place is the location. I went during mid March and it wasn't too touristy but still close to the Cinque Terre. Also, the view of the ocean from my room was beautiful. I am excited to go back again!"

"If you want to feel true Italian vibe, then stay in Eda’ s place. She was amazing. She treated us as her own guests, and truly cared about us. I highly recommend this place."

"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. Besides that, the view is beautiful and the rooms have exactly what we needed…comfy bed and clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff was also extremely kind and nice. I’d...

"Nice room. Clean. Nice area. Terrible check in process. For one I was never informed i had to check-in online before arriving. I spent 1.5 hours on the street attempting to get ahold of someone. They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”....

"Private parking, beautiful views of the bay and the mountains, nice breakfast served by the owner himself.
High on the mountain, though near the city."

"Let customers know exactly where to go to check in. It was alittle confusing with parking and lack of signs.
We walked up a trail next to parking and check in was across the street.

"This is a great location if you are looking to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino as they are easily accessible for day trips. Also very easy to walk around Sestri Levante.
We stayed in a junior suite with our 2 children. The suite was spacious and clean upon arrival and we received a daily refresh with clean towels. A pre-stocked minifridge still had space for us to stick a few items of our own in it.
We opted for the daily breakfast package which I highly recommend as there were many good choices and a premium coffee maker. The kids enjoyed all the pastries and breads. As a gluten sensitive person I was impressed that they had some prepacked gluten free options at breakfast and supplemented with fruit, eggs, and breakfast meats.
The pool was a nice perk and made for a relaxing late afternoon treat for the kids. We did not use the beach across the roadway but it did look nice. We ended up using another beach on the other side of Sestri Levante and rented chairs there; it was a quiet bay with paddle board rentals.
The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the bar was well stocked.
It's probably more like a 4.75 but I didn't want to discount the place or the staff with a 4. It's a very old but elegant building so there are some areas that look tired but it was extremely clean. I wish I had gotten more photos to post but I was enjoying it so much that I forgot."
"From a Marriott Ambassador member I was pleasantly surprised at this best western property! It should be apart of the autograph collection!!! The staff is superb, the hotel is modern, clean and full of amenities. It’s perfect located to shops, beach, and restaurants! My new favorite spot! Thank you Andrea!!"
"Truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The views from my room were unbelievable, offering breathtaking scenery that made my stay even more memorable. And we enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
